The place was in a good location, but there is a condominium being built next door with lots of noise. Place was also not very clean. Furniture (couch) was broken. Dirty dishes left in dishwasher from last rental. Neighbors complained about noise coming from me when I came home late one evening. I would not stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 months. Building is in great location and Saman is very responsive and hospitable. Unit we stayed in can get quite hot in the summer but fans were provided to cool us off. About a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, 10-15 min walk to the promenade. Would stay again definitely.

The Apartment is a very good, we had everything we needed. Perfect location, very quiet but also close to all the restaurants, shops and the ocean. There was a feeling at home, and this is most important for us!

Apt. was nice, great location near beach in Santa Monica. Few issues but were take care of promptly. Street parking only, which is difficult especially in evening hours
